Please read before you book.

24-hour rule

Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your class.

After that, your class credit is used and no refund is available.

Cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the class start time and your class credit stays in your wallet, ready for the next ride.

Cancel less than 24 hours before the class and the class credit is used. No refund is issued for single-class payments.

If you do not show up and have not cancelled, the class credit is used. Repeated no-shows may limit advance booking.

If a class is cancelled from our side, your credit is returned automatically and you can rebook any time.
